Making a Purchase:

Making a purchase is very simple.  Browse through our store and add to the basket any items  you wish to buy.  Once you have finished your selection, click on checkout where you will be asked for a few details to enable us to complete your order.  If you are logged in, you will be able to save your basket for completion at a later date.  This does not guarantee you the goods, as items may go out of stock.  Alternatively we accept orders by telephone – just call us on 01473 892195. 

We accept payment by credit and debit cards or paypal, or you can print out your order and send us a cheque made payable to PAPERMAZE.  Card payments are made via our secure payment provider, and staff at Papermaze do not have access to your card details.  We expect to receive cheques within seven days of your order being placed; after that time we reserve the right to cancel your order and your goods will no longer be reserved.  Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email from us. 

We strive to keep our stock levels accurate at all times, however occasionally we may find that an item you have ordered is not in stock.  In that case we will either refund you for that item, or contact you

All our prices include VAT at 20%.

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days of receipt of your payment, although the majority of orders are dispatched same/ next day.  You will receive an email when your order has been sent.  Orders are sent by royal mail, or by courier at our discretion. During the start of a sale, and other busy periods please allow extra time for your order to be despatched.

Please allow 14 days for delivery before you contact us.  If your order has been lost in the post it will be at our discretion whether we send a replacement, or refund you. 


Your satisfaction is very important to us. If any of our products are unsuitable we are happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Items are returned at your expense and must be in original condition and packaging. For faulty or damaged goods please see our returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns :

If you should receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods. We will replace or refund them (including postage) once the item has been returned to us.  We cannot be held liable for goods you are returning to us that get lost in transit. When returning items we recommend that you obtain receipt of postage from the Post Office as proof of postage.

Exclusion of Liability:

No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of any products supplied by Papermaze.
